Coll HT Aug 1932 from Gapure, maker and player, at Takawarasha, Chibi.
For midzimu ritual. Tunings below are HTT's.
Hole for R little finger and iron loop for L little finger. Originally lent to Africana Museum.

From ILAM's Instrument Inventory:
Two colour wood, tray body with walls. 25 keys. Metal carrying chain.
Rattle plate with 11 snail shell rattles. HT's writing on back.
Used for Midzimu ritual.
Coll. by HT, August 1932 from Gapure (person) at Chief Takawarasha (district named after chief), Chibi District.
Tuning from original HT label:
Top left: 536, 472, 440, 388, 360, 332.
Top right: 600, 536, 472, 440?, 388, 360.
Bottom right: 300, 268, 236, 220, 194, 180, 166.
Bottom left: 300, 268, 148, 138, 116, 106.
On original inventory given to me this was identified as missing and the photo was placed with the info for TIC127.
However this info matches the info on the back of the mbira.
